Onica has been serving the people of Guyana for over ten (10) years and have worked with BAC Courier Services as a customer service representative.

She ensures that all our customers are satisfied as we deliver quality in all that we do.
Mr. Bharat Narine,
Director of Management Systems,
is an ISO 9000 Quality Management System professional with over 24 years of proven success in the Implementation and Training of ISO 9000 for companies across diverse industries, including O&G, Petrochemical, Logistics, and Manufacturing and has also served in many capacities such as Administrative Manager, Business Development Manager, Management Representative, also Purchasing and Materials Manager for the O&G Industry in Organizations such as Champion Technologies Inc. Precision Drilling Inc. at various international postings such as Colombia, Ecuador, Texas, and Venezuela. Fluent in English and Spanish. Mr. Narine worked in the Petrochemical and Drilling sectors of the O&G Industry for 12 yrs. from 1994 to 2006. He has graduated from the Clearlake University, Houston, Texas in 1997 in the area of ISO 9000 and Internal Auditing for Quality Management Systems. Currently appointed as the Quality Management System Director for GOP Inc. He also attained certificates in QMS Auditing and ISO standards.
Kevin Albert Joyce,
Managing Director,
has been serving the people of Guyana for (24) twenty-four years. He started with Giftland as a Sales Representative, then he served Demerara Mutual Life Assurance Society as a Jr. Life Underwriter. Mr. Joyce started working in the financial sector with Guyana National Cooperative Bank, which merged with National Bank of Industry and Commerce Ltd that was rebranded as Republic Bank (Guyana) Ltd. During those (16) sixteen years he held supervisory positions such as Systems Operator, Audit Officer, and Relief Officer. Additionally, he served in managerial capacities such as being the Supervisor of the Local Proof Department and also the Supervisor of the Payroll and Payments Department. He then served Ministry of Finance, as the Head of the Student Loan Agency Collections Department, where he served for (5) years. Mr. Joyce is a Global certified Lead Auditor in ISO 45001:2018 (OHSMS), accredited in Lead Implementer for ISO 9001:2015 (QMS), ISO 14001:2015 (EMS) and ISO 45001:2018 (OHSMS). He holds a Diploma in Marketing, a Diploma in Quality Management Systems. He also has certificates in Risk and Change Management.
